I have been married for 14 years and I am proud to say that I have never cheated my wife. Maybe this is because I do not have the looks or I do not have the guts. But for whatever reason, I somehow owe it to my wife since she has been very understanding and she trusts me.

Having said that, I think I have enough experience to share on how husbands can avoid committing adultery. Although it looks like macho for some husbands having the other woman and the society is blind with this issue, committing adultery is more than just hurting a wife.

About a decade ago, I met a second cousin for the first time who later on became my co-employee. He was still single then and eventually had our co-employee his girlfriend. A few months later, I learned that he got her pregnant and they got married. However, I assume that both of them were not yet prepared to have a married life.

Most of the time, when a housewife is being asked what her job is, the answer is – I have no job, I am just a plain housewife.
